    • 10 – 11 AM: Pilates
    • 11.30 AM – 12.15 PM: Aqua-Cycling (in the thermal baths)
    • 1 – 2 PM: Qi Gong
    • 4.30 – 5.30 Uhr: Yoga


    • 10 – 11 AM: Circuit training
    • 11.30 AM – 12.30 PM: Stretch & Relax
    • 3 – 4 PM: Yoga for beginners


    • 10 – 11 AM: Yoga to wake you up
    • 11.30 AM – 12.30 PM: Aqua-Cycling (in the thermal baths)
    • 1 – 2 PM: Aqua-Qi Gong (in the thermal baths)


    • 10.00 – 11.00 AM: Circuit training
    • 1– 2 PM: Yoga for the back
    • 3 – 4 PM: Joyala / Aqua-Yoga


    • 11 AM – 12 PM: Pilates
    • 12.30 PM – 13.30 PM: Aqua cycling 

    Beginner or expert? Everyone can join our open courses. The courses can be booked individually with no fitness subscription. (10 Euro per course | 80 euros per 10-day ticket). You can also find the courses offered in our timetable.

    Prevention courses

    The prevention courses are certified in accordance with Section 20 SGB V [Social Insurance Code] at the Central Inspection Authority for Prevention. Participants will receive a confirmation of attendance at the end of a course, which they can then submit to their insurance company. Please always check with your insurance company in advance whether the course fees will be accepted.

    Fitness checks for optimized endurance and vitality training

    Optimal Endurance and Vitality Training Test

    You want to be more vital to do more for your stamina? Our expert team for your personalized endurance workout will first monitor your pulse development when exercising on an ergometer, a crosstrainer or a treadmill and also analyzes your breathing (inhalation / exhalation into a small unit with an analysis unit) using an aeroscan measurement device.

    We investigate how much oxygen you can absorb if we vary the exercise intensity (plus resting, carbohydrate / fat burning analysis). Finally, we can give you a comprehensive recommendation for an endurance workout that takes into account your optimal regeneration, basic and advanced training areas. This complex endurance test can show you how much your personal endurance has improved.

    Walking & Running Style Analysis

    Spine, knee, hip or foot position issues? You want to prepare yourself for running? We record your walking and running behavior on the treadmill on a video camera and then give you a recommendation on how to optimize your walking and running behavior.

    Optimum Back-Strengthening Training Test

    You and your back are unique. And your back training should be the same - no problem with our training recommendation. We analyze your back's strengths and weaknesses through scientifically approved tests, such as radiation-free three-dimensional spine measurement and computer-assisted coordination checks. Then we can recommend a workout suited to your back. Later on, in a second measurement, you show how your back "workout progress".

    Optimum Weight Loss Test

    We measure your respiratory gases with the high-tech analyzer "aeroscan" and your pulse during workout. We analyze your metabolism (resting, calorie consumption, carbohydrate / fat burning) at different levels of workout intensity. Then we give you a recommendation on how to burn your body fat ideally through specific workouts tailored to your body.
